Dr. Elie Daher works alongside CEOs as a thinking partner while they reimagine themselves and their companies for what comes next. His first leadership reflex was formed at 19 as a Lebanese Red Cross first responder in Beirut; it became a 40-year career across 12 countries and four continents, including 27 years at Schlumberger and, since 2011, the role of EVP & CMO at United Safety, where he led the repositioning of a regional safety provider into a global industrial safety brand.
He is President of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches™ (ACEC), an IMD Certified Board Director, a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and a founding board member of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in the Middle East. He is the author of two Amazon bestsellers, Reimagining Leadership, with a foreword by Professor Peter Hawkins, and Reimagining You, with a foreword by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, and host of the Reimagining You podcast (over 2 million views in 15 months).
