Privacy

This website, dreliedaher.com, is the personal website of Dr. Elie Daher, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is responsible for the personal data collected through it. It is a personal site and is not operated by or on behalf of any employer. You can reach him about privacy at elie@dreliedaher.com.
Only what you choose to send. The contact form collects your name, email address, organisation, the type of enquiry and your message. The Adaptive7™ Overview form collects your name and email address, and whether you ticked the newsletter box. If you book a conversation, Calendly collects your name, email address and the time you choose. The Adaptive7™ and 5C-Brand™ self-checks run in your browser and store nothing. If you ask for your report by email, we receive your name, email address, your scores and your newsletter choice; the report is sent to you and a copy to Dr. Elie Daher, who may reply personally.
To reply to your enquiry, to send you the document you asked for, to arrange a call you booked, and, only if you opted in, to send the monthly letter. The legal basis is your consent or the steps you asked us to take. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Webflow hosts this website and receives form submissions. Zapier processes self-check report requests, and Microsoft 365 sends the report emails. Calendly handles booking. YouTube provides the embedded podcast videos. Our email provider sends the newsletter. Books are sold through Amazon and courses through a third-party learning platform, under their own privacy policies. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own safeguards.
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or object to its use. Write to elie@dreliedaher.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Pages with embedded podcast videos load content from YouTube, which may set its own cookies, particularly when you play a video; YouTube's privacy policy applies to that. If we add analytics, we will use a cookie-free service or ask for your consent first.
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after the last exchange, then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Download requests are kept for up to two years.
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
