I have watched good executives disappear because no one knew their name beyond their title, and good companies optimise their way into irrelevance. Leaders who can reimagine themselves do not become victims of the future. My work is to think alongside them while they do it, and to put that thinking into books, conversations and tools any leader can use without hiring me.
