Communication

Have you published on a rhythm for four weeks?

Communication is sharing your thinking on a rhythm people can rely on: half teaching, a third proof, the rest your perspective.

Most executives publish in bursts: a flurry after a promotion or a conference, then silence for months. Audiences, and algorithms, reward the opposite: a steady rhythm on a few themes.

Choose three content pillars that follow from your clarity statement. Then publish to a simple mix: about half teaching (what you know that helps others), about a third proof (what happened, with evidence), and the rest perspective (what you believe about where things are going).

The first goal is not reach. It is four consecutive weeks without a gap. Rhythm builds the habit, the habit builds the body of work, and the body of work is what people find when they look you up.

When it is missing

  • Your last post was more than a month ago.
  • Your content is mostly congratulations and company news.
  • You write about many topics and are known for none.
  • You wait for a perfect idea before publishing anything.

One practice for Monday

Choose three content pillars and publish once a week for the next four weeks, without a gap.
